About Juanita Vasquez

Born in Mexico City in 1993 and raised in Dallas, Texas, Juana has always had a heart for helping people. After graduating from Sam Houston High School in 2012, she began her career in public service with the Grand Prairie Municipal Court. Just a few years later, she stepped into a leadership role as a Dental Office Manager, where she spent over 12 years helping patients understand their dental needs, complete treatment plans, and leave with confident smiles.

Her desire to serve others has been a lifelong calling. Now, as she embarks on her journey in real estate, Juana brings that same commitment, compassion, and community-centered mindset to helping families find a place to call home.

Juana is married to her amazing husband, Roberto, and together they are raising their two beautiful daughters, Arlyn and Daleyza. They also serve as Youth Leaders at Trinity Church of the Nazarene, where they’ve learned to always put God first in everything they do.

With faith as her foundation and family as her motivation, Juana is ready to walk alongside her clients in every step of the home buying or selling process — always with integrity, warmth, and heart.
