Well, my husband and I met Dave back in 2017 I believe. He was showing a house in Arlington and we crossed paths. He was very easy to talk to, I felt as if we knew one another already. After speaking with him a while we took his card and said we'd get back with him. Well I did get back with him, every time I wanted to look at a house (mind you, not being approved yet) he was always there for me, never turned me down.
